Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VividAura (the "App"), provided by Hamza, an individual developer trading as VividAura ("we", "us"). By continuing past the first screen of the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, images and projects you open, edit or create with the App. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and modify any content you process, including content featuring other people. When you share a project file, it contains copies of the media the project uses; share it only with people you are allowed to share that media with.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the App to create or share content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is intended to deceive, harass or harm. You must not reverse engineer, decompile or extract the App's models or code, except where the law expressly allows it, and you must not remove or obscure the watermark the free version adds to exports.
4. AI enhancement
Enhancement is performed by machine-learning models on your device. Results depend on the source material and may alter fine detail. Review your output before relying on it.
5. The free version and Vivid Pro
The App can be used for free. The free version has limits. Some exports carry a small watermark and some models and tools are kept for Vivid Pro. The App shows what is free and what needs Vivid Pro before you export or buy.
Vivid Pro is an optional subscription sold through Google Play. Its price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the App and by Google Play before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions); cancelling stops future renewals and Vivid Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Unused time in a free trial ends when a paid subscription starts. Purchases are processed by Google under Google Play's terms, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies and the consumer law that applies to you. We may change prices for future periods; Google Play tells you before a price increase applies to you.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that processing will always succeed. Keep copies of your original files.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, the App will ask you to accept the new version before continuing.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
