Delete your data
What the app keeps and where
Your projects, exports, settings and the diagnostics log are kept only on your phone. To delete all of it:
- Go to Android Settings > Apps > VividAura > Storage > Clear storage.
- Or uninstall the app.
Videos you saved to your gallery stay there until you delete them from the gallery.
Subscriptions
Vivid Pro is managed by Google Play. Cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Google keeps the record of the purchase under its own privacy policy.

Write to [email protected]. We answer every request about your data within 30 days.
