Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how VividAura (the "App") handles information. The App is provided by Hamza, an individual developer trading as VividAura ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
1. Your videos stay on your device
Enhancement, editing and exporting all run on your phone. The App does not upload your videos, images or projects to us or to anyone else. A project file you choose to share contains copies of that project's media, and goes only where you send it.
2. No account
The App does not require an account or sign-in, and does not ask for your name, email or phone number. We do not run servers that receive data from the App.
3. What is stored on your device
- Projects and edits you make, so you can continue later.
- Videos you export, in the App's own storage, and in your gallery when you choose to save them.
- Your settings, the results of the device speed test, and whether you have Vivid Pro.
- A diagnostics log of technical events (for example, processing speed and errors). It does not contain your videos. It never leaves your device unless you choose "Share diagnostics", in which case you pick where it goes.
You can remove all of this by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it.
4. Permissions
- Photos, videos and music: to open the media you choose, and to save your exports to the gallery.
- Notifications: to show progress while a video is being processed. The App asks for this the first time a video is processed.
The App uses these only for the purposes above.
5. Purchases (Google Play)
Vivid Pro is sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we never see your payment details. The App asks Google Play, on your device, whether your Google account has an active Vivid Pro subscription, and keeps the answer on your device. 6. No ads
The App shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK, and we do not collect your advertising ID.
7. Other services in the App
- Google ML Kit: on-device face and person detection, used by some editing tools. Your images are processed on the phone and are not sent to Google; Google may receive limited technical information about the feature's use (for example device and app information and performance metrics).
- Google Play services: to deliver the above.
We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and we do not sell personal information.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Your rights and deleting data
Because we do not hold your data on our servers, everything the App stores is on your device and is deleted when you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. To cancel Vivid Pro, use Google Play. For anything Google holds (your purchases), use your Google account settings or contact Google. You can contact us at [email protected] with any privacy question or request, and we will answer within 30 days.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the App will show the new version and ask you to accept it before continuing.
